A lesson

Reader comment on item: Reflections on the Revolution in France*

Submitted by Elpi Nipni (United States), Nov 9, 2005 at 18:52

The riot in France is but a lesson in "dhimmitude". The riots will calm down in a little while, and the French and the rest of Europe will go through another stage of surrendering to a culture which rejects Western culture totally.

While the European media refuses to call a terrorist a terrorist, the European people are being terrorized by Muslims they have welcomed with open arms. France looks like a trout pulled out of the water, thrashing, no water to breathe, getting a small dose of reallity, finding out how weak and vulnerable they are. Then, put back in water to ponder their predicament till the next, and maybe the most crucial time when the beast rears it ugly head again.
I hope the that the U.S. will learn from the mistakes of 'old Europe', or the same fate befalls us.
