Reader comment on item: Reflections on the Revolution in France*
in response to reader comment: Victims of Racism

You know Sultan, the charges of "racism" and "America made me do it" are deeply feeble. For your information, the people declaring war on France quite definitely are Muslims (didn't know the religion was a race, but, oh well .. if you insist) and the French seem to despise the Americans (then again, do they like anybody?). The French have made it quite clear that they have no respect for anything American. The French, to put it mildly, are fully autonomous. So there goes your "America is to blame for everything" theory.

Come up with something else.

To help in that direction Sultan, when you have time, look into the psychological phenomena of projection, self-fulfilling prophecy, inferiority complex and internalized oppression. Then read up on what "RESPONSIBILITY" entails. I feel certain this could be an illuminating endeavor for you. Perhaps you'll even get to the source of what is 'making' you think and do what you think and do. It could surprise you. Good luck.
