Islam peaceful?

Reader comment on item: Reflections on the Revolution in France*

In an attempt to be politically correct, public speakers, writers and politicians adhere to the charade that Islam is peaceful, with a few extremist factions combined together under the term "Islamofascism." Although this routine is politically correct, it is factually false. Due to cultural poverty inherent in Islam, Muslims cannot compete with the West, given our sophistication of civilization. They seek to take the easy, primitive path of destruction, rather than the more difficult path of emulation. No Islam is peaceful! To modify the term "Islam" with any prefix or suffix achieves only obfuscation. The Koran instructs all its readers that violent opposition to non-Moslems is correct and mandatory. "Islamofascism" is a fiction.

The Koran exhorts every follower to violence against nonbelievers. Moslems are taught to adopt a victim image. Islam responds to any deemed criticism with violence and murder. A peaceful basis for Islam is a recent obsequious invention. Religions have matured with the enlightenment of civilization, except for Islam. Islam retains its primitive roots and its directives to return to a previous time of assumed glory. Islam teaches: replace tolerance of other creeds with murder and destruction. "Any jackass can kick down a barn but it takes a good carpenter to build one" (Sam Rayburn– 1882 - 1961, former speaker of the U. S. House of Representatives). Islam enslaves its adherents, condemning them to a life of secular ignorance, gender inequality, material poverty and primitive subsistence. This culture practices honor killing, inflicting scapegoat status on women. It is to this barbarous level that many Muslims adhere and the silent majority accedes. The inescapable conclusion is that Islam is a failed experiment which has become a societal malignancy.

It is error to assume solely a defensive military posture. The enemy retains the initiative to pick the time and place of attack. Defense must be everywhere at once to nullify any attack. Therefore, it is economically burdensome as well as impossible to perfect. Furthermore, even a perfect defensive posture can only lead to a draw, not a win. The supposed threat of "Arab street uprising" is a farce. The so-called Arab street is impotent, probably why the men mistreat women to assuage their collective inferiority complex. Aside from screaming murderous rhetoric, they can do nothing.

It is error to concentrate our offensive posture to limited military reaction. No one can fight ideas with bullets alone. We must teach better ideas. We must deluge the enemy with a world war of ideas. This deluge of ideas must specifically target each age, social status, language, gender and culture of the enemy population. We must counter the brainwashing started in childhood which exhorts Muslims to a supposed glory of martyrdom, destruction and murder Assumed allies cannot be excepted. Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan and all other countries must be subjected to the same deluge as used in Iraq and Afghanistan. Every aspect of mass media teaching must be employed throughout the world, in every country, including the United States.

In addition we must respond to the nuclear threat from Iran with immediate military action, without delay occasioned by a charade of diplomacy. The Iranian government and all known nuclear facilities must be physically obliterated, preemptively. The Doctrine of Preemption includes "shoot first; ask later." Primitive cultures understand the language of force, not the language of diplomacy, which is viewed as weakness. For example, the Israeli retreat from Gaza is viewed by the Arabs as a victory for terror. It encouraged more terror and made peace more remote. From its inception, Islam used force for increasing its territory and number of subjects. Muslims continue the same pattern today with their stated intent to return the world to yesterday.

Time is of the essence. Delay will increase human, military and financial expense. Subsequent generations will pay dearly for our inaction.
