--- I never understand what do you mean by "liberal and free society" ? The West or current India for that matter were never "free" socities to start with. Look at how the West is treating someone like Julian Assange. Already influential scholars like Jonah Goldberg(of nationalreview) and Sara Palin are calling for assasinating Assange.

When it comes to killing the heretics the West is not dissimilar compared to the socities like Iran or China whom you hate so much. So the question is if the West does not allow the type of free inquiry like the sort Wikileaks have done then how can ithe West justify calling itself "liberal and free" ?
