The way of talking differs very much of what I am used to from Germany, after all it is the same language. Naturally people like Hitler come to mind. I have always been wondering how someone could talk like that. I learn now Austria comes with a different style. It is very different from the extreme laid-back way of talking, sounds comic to germans, I know from people that come from Vienna. Maybe talking in parliament does get them excited. Anyway, the subject the speaker is discussing gives every reason to get excited. People like Stadler should appear on german tv, but nobody covers Austria here.
