Certainly a long list - but virtually every one instigated by people believing in a totalitarian thought system,

I notice 2 glaring omissions - KGB & Soviet Union (Stalin & post) non-judicial killings of people of the Baltic States. also - Russian Army massaqcre of thousands of Polish officers in Katyn forest.
