for true muslims

does it allows for true muslims, to live in a non muslim country, to work in a non muslim organisation, to make have a non muslim friend/ helper/ patron ?? No its not allowed , Quran verses 4:144, 3:28, 5:51, 60:13, are strictely forbid us to do so, then why we muslims living in a non muslim country and working in non muslim organisation ??
