The EU's Mixed Relationship with America the Result of European Diffidence Towards America

Reader comment on item: Europeans: From Venus?
in response to reader comment: Will the EU, by feeeling much less appreciated by Obama, open even more doors to Islamism?

Embracing Islam seems to be the future course for Europeans, over the objections of those for whom Islam is an offense to their Christianesque sensibilities, and to the rallying calls for more movement towards shari'a by those whose Muslim mindsets are moving closer and closer to perfecting a complete take over, if it indeed is allowed to happen. In the latter frame of reference, it is likely that if the sensibilities ore not moderated anymore than they already have, then the conclusion is obvious.

That Muslim sensibilities are indeed gaining ground are evident in the face of lost loyalties in the west and the collapse of an internal moral structure (does one think America is alone in this?). Let us look at one of the more virulent forms of the process overwhelming Europe, in the fashion that swept Europe before World War Two, anti-Semitism. And for examples here, let us look at the Muslim(?) efforts to diminish the Jewish presence in France, of the various attacks against people, synagogues, chabads in Lyon, Montpellier, Strasbourg Marseilles, Creteil, Toulouse, Aubervilliers and elsewhere. Does this not reveal a circumstance that if Almighty God is looking at what is going on, that He is inclined to act in judgment against such things by having America, who is as much maligned in some places in Europe as the Middle East? Now by opportunity of some recent news sources, France presented some witness to this process, but they are not alone.

We further see the prevalence of such activities gaining ground worldwide, as presented by Svet and others, and there should be more than a moderate sense of concern. If the Hugo Chavez's of the western hemisphere continue to build an anti-American block to socialize all governments, then what is there in defense to keep Islam from its intentions of world domination? Not too much really, for if the course of marginalizing America continues, the strength of the Biblically based doctrines upon which America was built will no longer be there to stand against the onslaught; and THAT is the apostasy the Revelation speaks of for the advancing return of the Eternal Sovereign, the LORD Jesus Christ.
