European countries top the democracy index. The US does not.

in response to reader comment: EUROPE'S JEALOUSY

Eh...Watch the democracy index. Most European countries are a lot higher than the US. Guess what country is the most democratic country? Sweden. That's in Europe. That talk about the US i being the most democratic country in the world is just chauvinistic bullshit that unfortunately, most of the Americans believe in. So, no Americans do not enjoy more freedom than Europe. Did you know that in a lot of European countries gay people can marry eachother and even adopt kids? Not possible inb most of the US. Until a couple of years ago, "homosexual acts" was even prohibited in a large number of American states. Is that freedom?

But you're right on most of the stuff, though. The US is leading the way in a lot of fields. But Americans also lead the way in contributing to the global warming, being overweight, eating really fat and unnutritious food, starting wars on false grounds etc. But I guess you didn't want to mention those things. They would've sort of proved your point wrong... But maybe, next time try to prove a point that's not so easy for other people to prove wrong? OK? You promise? OK, bye bye!
