Hamza Yusuf is not from Rihaana institute
he doesn't have Greek ancestary
and he didn't study in Pakistan...

fyi,
he studied for 10 years in the middle east and africa...
in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Mauritania, Morroco, Algeria, Eygpt, and many other countries... but not Pakistan...
he is an Islamic scholar and represents other traditional-sunni scholars in the Muslim world...
contrary to your understanding of Islam, which is Wahabism(Islamic-breach-made-and-sustained-by-the-west), he is a true sunni holding to the tradition of the pre-colonialist-trauma-Muslims. ...
