Salam ! Actually misinterpretion spoils the beauty of the subject.The fornication must be treated wisely and the workable solution must be sought rather than going for stoning or lashing.

After four such sins, if known, the stoning to death or lashing be done to cleanse the society. In poverty,pardon the thief or stealer i nit habitual. the punishment is for determent and not the cruel treatment. We must know the worth of every thing.
