While intellectuals have great ideas on Secularism, they are forgetting a major need in our lives, which is the belief, our human bodies are built to believe in a superior power, we need to pray for this power, to have refuge when we are weak.

Ron Thompson and Canadian Chris are missing this important need in the society, especially among kids and teenagers, when their kids are trying to experience GOD in their lives and can't find the spiritual values in the society, they will turn to self destroying habits or the first group who will fill thier needs, which is the religous Muslims groups who most of them are trained to attract the younger Westerners.

Secular country is not the solution for those young people who are fragile and trying to reach for help, either you help them, or they will try to find help from all wrong places.

Abortion, divorce, selfeshness, disregard of family life, disregard of Marriage values, and many others of these secular inheritance will destroy the West.

BTW, Islam is not destroying you, you are destroying yourselves

Lisa,

I am not opposed to Christianity in society. I am against Christianity or any religion for that matter, being a government enforced belief system. I think that Islam would be less of a threat if government made a strict policy of non-interference by religious organizations. No special rights or recognition because of a faith choice. Faith left to the individuals and their families. When one religion is recognized above another, then someone is going to be p!ssed off. It is simply best to enforce a policy of no religious interference. There is plenty of religious and faith based influence in a government that elects christians or muslims to office. that should be the only source of influence allowed, not governmental policy dictating faith or recognition thereof.

And bless you again
