Muslims take but do not give

Reader comment on item: Europe's Stark Options
in response to reader comment: muslims will never integrate

Muslims, when migrating to the western countries or other non-muslim countries take their ways along, not adopting the ways of the host countries who welcome them with open arms. But when non- muslims from like countries, go to the Muslims' countries, they have to conform to the host country' ways. Is it Fair? Muslims want to enforce their ways, demanding their rights.

Now, they are demanding a separate state in France and soon they will demand this in other non-muslim countries. Muslims themselves do not know their religion or rather just profess to know it. In actual fact, the Koran says they should live peacefully with others irrespective of their religions, ways or culture. At times, it is felt that politicians are to be blamed for this antagonising situtaion.

Basically, all religions are the same, only interpreted and perceived differently. Most muslims do not know the Koran written in Arabic and depend on the Mullahs or Ustazs to translate; this is where the problems arise. There is also the social problems among the muslims, where divorces are easily obtained without much regards to the children who are left to the 'elements'. Mutiple marriages are permitted, even to child brides.

The sermons in the mosques are fiery, there is no love. Even in the mosques, ranks are glaringly displayed, that is, equality among the equals. There are a few kind and learned muslims around but their small number in teaching and leadership would not change, in general, the muslims' mind set; these few people are no match for the politicians, the few kings and some others with vested interest. Of course the great powers play on this.
