Islam and its byproduct Islamism

Reader comment on item: Islam vs. Islamism (article)
in response to reader comment: How to defeat islamism

Submitted by Steven L (United States), May 16, 2013 at 11:20

Most in the West refuse to admit the facts because it requires to take action possibly violent. In the face of violence from people who play the victim as a tactic their is some bewilderment due to ignorance or lack of interest. After all the West has been involved in multiple conflicts in the Muslim countries. Some will claim a boomerang effect! At every interface between the Muslim and non-Muslim countries there is a state of hot or cold war. Islam is expansionist, metastasizing like a cancer and there is no concerted effort or action taken to push back. Why? Islamism is an integral part of Islam.
