The 85-90% of Muslims who are not Islamists do next to nothing to defeat the Islamists, and for the most part acquiesce in their jihad even when they do not support it. Islamists can and do thrive in Islam, like fish is friendly waters. Thus, the only way to defeat Islamism is that it must be eliminated by Muslims. The Islamic waters must become hostile to Islamists. That is not happening. How are we to bring it about?
