Why can't any clash between the rights of Man & Sharia Laws be disallowed

All practices which are disallowed by the UN & most countries in the world today such as Slavery, Honor killings of woman, mutilation of women, murder of rape victims,slavery of women,murder of muslims who wish to change their faith, intolerance of any religion other than Islam have to be clearly published to all concerned so there is no room for any doubt that they cannot be practiced in countries where Islam is not the dominant religion.

Winston Churchill warned of these problems in a famous speech in 1899 the Rivers Speech I think -we just did not come out loud & clear to remove any doubt that primitive practices cannot be followed in civilized lands.There are other religions eg Judaism which have dropped practices which are inhumane but were followed
