Pass Shariah law in America?!

I find it repulsive that you even suggest such a thing. And many religions require master's degrees to move up in their hierarchies, but that doesn't make them true!

Islam is a totalitarian cultural system, and Imams are all-powerful. And power is a strong motivator of human behavior.
