Syed Mohammed Ali,

Unfortunately you will have to wait till an infidel invents a time machine to travel to your favourite century. Until then you are stuck here and you will have to conform to 21st century norms in India.

And you are right no woman is safe without purdah from Muslims. This is proved again and again by how Muslims treat purdahless women in their own countries (threat of rape).
