EUROPE'S MISSING CAJONES

Reader comment on item: Resisting Islamic Law
in response to reader comment: Resisting Islamic Law

Submitted by DANIEL REDMOND (United States), Mar 3, 2008 at 17:07

Mr. Gary Fouse correctly indicated that Europeans need to muster the courage to combat the Islamization of their continent, but they sure have a long way to go. The late great journalist Oriana Fallacci found that out the hard way when she was sent to prison for merely criticizing Islam in her own country, Italy.

So fearful are most Europeans of offending Muslims that free speech has been suspended that it is officially a crime in most of Europe to publicly criticize Islam.
