First of all Allah has created these dogs or any kind of creature or animals in this world. God always follows honesty,and want people to respect and love what he has created. It's just we are human being who have evil thoughts that if we hate these dogs and Allah will listen to there prayers, we are sinners.Allah will never listen to anyone's prayers if don't respect his atmoshpere and creative world
