One hand tied between our backsReader comment on item: Salvaging the Iraq War Submitted by David W. Lincoln (Canada), Jul 25, 2007 at 15:26 Relying on the military and material to build roads, schools, and other stuff is nice - but there has to be more. Where is the willingness to call a spade a spade? I still have to find what is in the brigands who follow in the footsteps of what stormed out of the Arabian Peninsula 1400 years ago, a proper prioritizing of what is needed to build a society. Thanks to the Jews to first establish the path of the liberating aspects of monotheism, and that life has a linear aspect - and not just cyclical aspect. But, other pieces have to be in place for a society to be built and frankly I see Arab Aryanism having the hallmarks of the old polytheism of being threatened by something different. Put another way, economics and government are not enough by themselves to build a society.
