Gardner's comments

Robert Spencer's "The Politically Incorrect Guide to Islam" makes it clear that "jihadism" is an intergral part of Islam. If moderate Muslims won't stop the killings, the West must defend itself. Get used to it: martyrdom is the only sure path to salvation for Muslims. These fanatics need to be completely exterminated.
