Divide Iraq

I agree, U.S. should replace British drawn borders with its own. Create a Kurdistan, Sunni Iraq and Shiite Iraq. Shiite Iraq may join with Iran considering they are the only Shiite people in the region.

However, Turkey may oppose Kurdistan b/c of a large number of Kurds there. So the US might have to invade that country to create a full Kurdistan....all hypothetical at this point.

Regardless, the U.S. should adopt the strategy of the British and be willing to make partitions.

We shouldn't take the borders that already exist so seriously.
