Reader comment on item: Civil War in Iraq?

'The tendency to blame outsiders (especially Americans and Israeli's) for their own problems is hard-wired into some Muslim minds. How could they possibly blame themselves? They are so superior.' First and foremost, no Muslim is superior to a non-Muslim. As for tendency to blame outsiders - yes it is the fault of the international community because every one keeps interfering with the 'Middle East' - why must you interfere are you superior. I can rightly remmeber that the issue of 'Islamic global terrorism' began with the international community giving permission for the foundation of Israel on PALASTINIAN lands. The west always intefere with the 'Middle East'
- why because of oil.

You have no right to critise the Quranic theology of democracy, because if you read the Qur'an it distinctly says that all Muslims must respect other people's religions. The Qur'an only permits killing in defence.

The ayat for Kufr (non-believers);
'If one amongst the Pagans ask thee for asylum, grant it to him, so that he may hear the word of Allah. and then escort him to where he can be secure. That is because they are men without knowledge.'
AND
' How can there be a league, before Allah and His Messenger, with the Pagans, except those with whom ye made a treaty near the sacred Mosque? As long as these stand true to you, stand ye true to them: for Allah doth love the righteous.'

'It is not Israelis who subjugated Palestinian Christians for the past 10 years. It started with Arafat. Now, with hamas, it will get worse for Palestinian Christians.' I understand you well, it is discrimination and prejudice. However, what about all the Muslims in foreign lands who have been mistreated for longer that 10 years - for example; Guantanamo. Many people like you aren't open-minded, you think about your race and complain about others - without looking at the faults in your own.

A large proportion of 'Israel' is controlled by the Jewish/Israeli government - the Muslim population make about roughly 82% of the population, yet the palastinian people have 'Gaza and West Bank' relatively small. IS THAT FAIR? OF COURSE IT IS NOT!

By supporting America and (predominantly) the West, your supporting global colonialism. Why do you think Colin Powell resigned? Why did the American government transfer money to Bin Laden when they openly knew he was directly linked to Al-Qaida?
THE AMERICANS GAVE BIN LADEN BILLION FROM 1989-1992, DURING THE FORMATION OF AL-QAIDA (THE FORMATION OF HARKAT-AL-ANSAR AND ISLAMMIYYA) THEN IN 1993 THE FIRST WORLD TRADE CENTER ATTACK, FOLLOWED BY OTHER TERRORIST ATTACKS - IS THAT NOT A BIT SUSPICIOUS?
THE ATTACK ON THE PENTAGON - NO AIR PLANE WRECKAGE - ISN'T THAT UNUSUAL?

Why did they sell weapons to Saddam? Why did they drop a atomic bomb on Hiroshima? Why did Bush blame everyone else accept himself for the Katrina disaster? After all, they showed video footage of knowing their would be a disaster.
