I don't have much to say but please re-visit the history of America in regards to your comment " America has become progressively more tolerant and never undertaken foreign adventures without provacation." Let me help your brainwashed soul. Go to Google and type: Duvalier in Haiti, Khmer Rouge in Cambodia, just to get you started. And Iraq being the most applicable example to the discussioin in regards to WMD's and the Iraq-Al Queda link.

With a statement like that it's no wonder we are in the mess we are in because the majority in office think like you do. I am also no Islamist but I feel like they are being generalized by a few evil ones. If you know nothing of their religion and beliefs maybe you shouldn't comment on that either. We Christians have done our share of pillaging and destruction and have justified it in the name of our God. We all have skeletons in our closet that we all should not be judged on because to judge is not our job. Your argument that Islamist counter by illuminating the one who criticizes similar faults, is actually a rational one if they are correct. In this case they are. To play devils advocate I just think you should know your own history before you finger point and bring judgement on others.
