Reader comment on item: Barack Obama and Islam: An Ongoing Saga
in response to reader comment: duplicity of muslims

Submitted by Joe Six-Pack (United States), Dec 9, 2010 at 11:41

I have to agree: Nationalism IS the problem.

I think that most people do not have a problem with Muslims praying 5 times a day. (How they fit this into their work schedule is their problem) Most do not have a problem with Muslims fasting for a month. This is religion as we know religion.

I have a problem with the "Nation" of Islam. You know, the Islam that has a legal system that allows a man to rape his wife and/or beat his wife (How can they be arguing over this?) Islam as a system of government does not recognize the authority or geographical boundries of ANY nation-state. Islam as a 'nation' is fielding an army that is defending its 'occupied' land. This stuff starts wars. As they should.
