If fasting done right it does miracle to ones body...unfortunately most people I know and don't...have no idea how to do fasting correctally...the secret is in fiber...that is...during fasting your body needs extra amounts of fiber....if fiber is not delivered...fasting creates harm to mental and physical state of a person fasting...this might explain the sad/deranged state of collective muslem mind...
