in response to reader comment: WHAT DIFFERENTIATES ISLAM FROM OTHER RELIGIONS

You refer to 'western principals' at the end of your comment with such self-righteousness. As if the West is perfect, blinded by self-arrogance. Lets look at the West, the WORLD was almost bankcrupted last year becuase of the West. This has never happened in the history of mankind. We have had 2 World Wars caused by Western countries. Add all the wars in our history on this planet and the level of death and destruction will not equal that caused by both the world wars. The world is in more of a mess now then it ever has been because of the West i.e. poverty, wars, famine, corruption, lack of food, etc. Frankly speaking I have nothing to thank the West for. If you study Islamic history and the spread of Islam some lands were fought and conquered and others weren't. Nevertheless, the Musims today of those lands do not regret the coming of Islam to their lands. Instead they are greatful and proud to be Muslims. In contrast no one wants the European Colonialists back, people are glad that they got their independence from them. On the contrary many millions of Muslims worldwide are calling for the return of the Islamic State and would happily live under it.
