Sorry, but you promote compromise with no truth at all ...

Reader comment on item: Islamism 2.0
in response to reader comment: it is culture

One last thing my country has going for it. I can read anything I want to - and I do. You live in a place where your reading selections are pretty much decided for you. Get out into the world and read as much as possible before making opinions on anything. You have the internet. Explore .. and I don't mean porn.

All of the sciences promote only one truth. If you compromise in this area, you have a recipe for certain disaster. God created all things. How can he be a compromised and slush god for all opinions and religions? Absolute truth rules the universes. God can't be any different. You are not well read.

I have read much of the Quran and find that it does absolutely promote the slaughter of non-believers. Those who think it is a religion of peace are reading only one part of the whole.

Christianity isn't my private religion. The Christian God slapped me up side the head a long time ago and told me where to find truth - the Bible. I had searched all religions and was an atheist for thirteen years. I don't buy into anything just because I was born into a particular region, race, or country. There will be one "country" after judgment day and it will be ruled with love and absolute truth.

Read the Bible first and then tell me what you think of any "religion". I have no fear of reading anything about any religion. If truth is to be found, that is what I will ferret out. Jesus Christ has stood out plainly far above all else. The Quran as I explained is a corrupted version of Jesus teachings. It may make your present life less complicated for the short term to buy into whatever your region of the world believes, but truth will prevail at the end. Heaven will be made of peoples from every region, race, and country on the globe. It will belong to those who subscribe to truth and the love that emanates from that truth.

If you fear to check out other religions then you are a slave to your fear. The ultimate god will stand any test, so why be afraid to check it out? If you were born in a blue box and never stepped outside that box you would never believe that any color except blue existed. Once out of the box, you can judge for yourself. Jesus Christ is the truth as he clearly said himself. Point out his fallacy as I have challenged all other religions, and I will convert. Note, I didn't say anything about anybody else's version of Christianity. I looked to the source. If Islam is the truth, you should have no fear of looking anywhere at all including other religions.

If you truly seek truth, God will see to it that you will encounter it and discern for yourself. That was Jesus promise. Any accident of birth and the intelligence, physical strength, place of birth, or anything else should have no bearing on an individuals capacity to seek the true God. If he is all powerful and in command of the truth, then he will see that all sincere and honest seekers pick out the truth from all the claptrap. If you subscribe to either fear or pride first, you are going to end up on the wrong side.

Your fear of stepping outside your culture is obvious. God has nothing to do with culture. Science and the universe are uninfluenced by culture. Culture will bend to God untilit is in compliance with truth. Keep whatever is left to yourself. He has no problems with any of the rest of it.

Try to influence a manned moon ship launch using culturally influenced science and you will end up with a pile of scrap metal entombing a number of terribly scrambled human bodies. The one God welcomes people from anywhere and of any culture. His truth isn't effected by any of the cultures.

The Quran demands that Muslims force the people of the "Book" into submission. It adamantly demands subjection and/or death by any means of all "infidels" (non-believers of Islam/Muhammad). Where then can they live side by side?

Read the whole Quran. It contradicts itself. The militants survive and rule wherever Islam has the upper hand regardless of any "peaceful" intentions of those who have read only the first portion of their Quran.
