No universal spirituality can ignore the universal laws given by God to humanity, so how Islam as a spirituality is conform to this?

I like very much the approach of Judaism in studying what God gave as rules. When something is applied in a way that does not reflect all God's universal laws of universal love, justice and truth , it usually is a sign that a rule is not understood at the constitutional universal level but strictly at the ethnic level, In terms of the Jews God gave them their own commandments in order to help them maintain their constitutional role on earth and the same for the Arabs. Do Jews expect the rest of the world to learn the 613 commandments?

I think politics have greatly hindered the spiritual evolution of humanity. God knows everything, so how can we protect the different people of the Book because Muslims ' identity to God may not be referred like this usually but they are also one of the people of the Book. So how does God protect the Muslim identity so it does not become an empty shell? This is why historically it was given to a man from a tribe in such a region but Islam corresponds to the universal law of truth and Muslims have to respect fully that universal law.
