I disagree.

Communism 2.0 was out and quite successful decades ago. I believe they are well along into version 4 or 5. Fascism 2.0 tottered along for a while, but was haunted by intractable marketing problems.

In point of fact, the Fascism politico/economic engine was adapted and included right into the Commie 3.0 realease -- although nobody seems to know much about the backroom dealings involved. They were far more compatible than anybody expected. But the merge was concealed from the public and the Commie marketing maintained intact.

In fact, the current version of Commie is the most popular product on the American and European electoral markets right now. It's getting some pushback from open source public domain alternatives, such as Freedom 2.0 and Constitution version 1 release 3. But the jury is out on how the market is going to respond.

But you are right about 1 thing. Islamism 2.0 is a deadly product and will, if used, crash the society's entire Operating System and lead to permanent resource shortages and massive data loss.

Robert Spenser covers it nicely in "Stealth Jihad".
