Sulo,

You have written;

"The current government is expanding its democratic boundaries to include all ethnicities and religious minorities, implementing zero-problem polciy with the neighbors and becoming a regional power."

You know this is the number one lie of this century. The carrot hanged in front of the unconscious people.

These are the plans of other powers and as long as the government obeys and follows the instructions the power will be just like the servant gets the permission to benefit from the lord's closet. And as soon as that foreign powers cease to stand behind, none of those regional people will consider Turkey as important.

Besides, why are we looking for being any kind of power in other regions. Let's first be really powerfull, with happy and powerful citizens. No nation can be powerful with such high debt to the western countries. When some people in a country are so poor there is no power. If a nation do not concentrate on producing, manufacturing, education that country has no power. Power is not something only political cunning and besides not the governments on so called "smartness". It is nothing. Zero.
