Reader comment on item: The Islamic States of America?

Submitted by Phil (United States), Jan 5, 2007 at 11:27

One thing to remember is that Islam is only as good as its people. Being a historically and theologically weak religion that needs to rely upon the sword or ignorance for conversion. Islam is easy to argue against. Islam itself knows this because they are truly afraid of apostacy, the Koran repeatedly says that mischief is a great evil, and evil to the Muslim is anything that undermines the authority of the Koran, like truth.

We have a unique opportunity in the U.S. to effect our own destiny in that we can openly debate religion. It is up to us who believe that Islam is false and Allah is not the God of Abraham to take advantage of our societal rights and instruct Muslims about the falseness of their religion. Then we let Truth convert them away from Islam. This is how Christians are taught to love their enemies because nobody would let someone they loved flounder under tyrany and lies.

This reference may be a little over the top but it shows how utterly absurd Islam is.
