If the article claims that Muslims are trying to take over the world and rule the world then there are two immediate concerns about this issue. 1) The West has an active policy and it is an essential part of their political-religious-economic- and social agenda to spread the atheist and inhumane ideas of Capitalism all over the world with or without force (ideological and economic) and yet no one thinks that this could be a conspiracy as well.

When the core countries of the western civilization determine on spreading capitalist and atheist ideas and impose them on other societies this seems to be okay, but no other culture is allowed that privilege and people start panicking. This in my opinion is a racist and discriminate attitude and must be dealt with immediately by all cultures and societies who do not wish to be engulfed and absorbed by the capitalist and atheist ideas of the West.

Those ideas oppose Islam and Muslims have the right to defend their culture, ideology and civilization. 2) It is incredibly unlikely that the Islamic activists which this article claims that they are trying to make the world Islamic, those activists are unlikely to believe that they can realistically change the world and make everyone a Muslim. This is absurd. How it is possible that a bunch of few thousand Muslims are going to threaten any culture or civilization in the world and turn it into a totally Islamic entity.
