CANADIAN PERSPECTIVE

Reader comment on item: The Islamic States of America?

Submitted by Zorka Djurdjevic (Canada), Oct 9, 2004 at 11:59

Thank you for speaking the truth so clearly. I agree that the true intentions are not often understand by North Americans & other Western countries.

I live in Canada & we are known as a 'multi-cultural' country. We have television programs from many groups. A few years ago, I was flipping channels & came across a muslim program. The show was explaining that each mosque was 'required' to give donations & to educate 3 young men in ... a) politics b) journalism c) law. These men then become indebted to the muslim community & they are required to dedicate their lives to Islam. It was demanded of them to gain political office with the sole purpose of pushing muslim agendas. It was demanded of them to have a strong voice in the print & television media to influence a muslim agenda. It was demanded of them to become lawyers & judges to promote a pro-muslim agenda. The goal is to infiltrate influential occupations with a single issue, narrow minded agenda that will not benefit all of society but only muslim citizens. This plan was being openly stated on public television.

Here in Canada in our public school system, muslim children are allowed to leave class 5x's a day to pray. School administrators are required to designate special areas within each school for muslim prayer. This is disruptive & is an additional challenge for teachers to manage their classes and the curriculum. Currently, in Ottawa our nation's capital, muslim groups are challenging funding for schools. They are demanding that the laws be changed to divert public funds into private muslim schools. For centuries the public school system educated children from a number of religions without these religions becoming pervasive. Parents taught their children to freely practice their religion in their own homes, in private not public.

Also, on the news recently, it was reported that muslim women who require healthcare services are refusing to wear hospital gowns. They feel that they are too revealing. They are demanding that the already overburdened healthcare system, which is struggling financially to deliver universal quality healthcare to all, incur the extra expense of purchasing different gowns for muslim women. It seems that there are other more important priorities that need to be addressed such as doctor shortages and to reduce wait times for cancer treatment, etc.

The breakup of Yugoslavia during the 1990's was well planned & orchestrated to demonize the Serbs. America & other Western governments hired public relations firms, manipulated media with outrageously fabricated propoganda & convinced the world with a 'big lie' about what was really happening there...

Thank you for speaking out on this important topic. May God help us all!
