You stated, "Hindus can have a vibrant democracy, however corrupt and inefficient -- but a true Muslim country cannot."

I assume when you say "a true Muslim country" you mean one that is ruled under the laws of the Sharia. But if that is the case then it is an Islamic country. We have to discriminate between Muslims and Islamists. Morocco is a Muslim country, Saudi Arabia is an Islamic country a big difference!
