the crime of their latest outrage and reaction is that now you have a [spiritual world] leader willing to compromise the dignity of those that were killed by his mistake with words of dhimmism. It's sickening to see any world leaders cowing to pressure from politcal forces to accept anything for a short-term truce. It's even more depressing for the pope or others to expect others take their lead in that behavior.
