New Weblog Idea: a catalog of Islamic violence

Reader comment on item: [Naveed Haq and] "Sudden Jihad Syndrome" in Seattle

Submitted by John Kuhner (United States), Aug 17, 2006 at 18:48

At the end of Mr. Pipes' book Militant Islam Comes to America, he gives a sampling of Jihad-related news events from a two-week period (I believe in 2002).

It would be very useful if a new weblog were opened on this website, simply recording in timeline format instances of Islamic violence as each event passes through the media.

The customary inadvertence of most people means that they forget easily. (especially smaller events, which show the trend very clearly). Such a catalog would go a great distance in explaining Mr. Pipes' case to others.

If such a catalog exists, would someone please inform me of its existence?
