Oh, sure...

Let's all forget about Joshua and the conquest of Canaan. Let us forget about the Romans and how they leveled Carthage for nothing. Let us forget about the sack of Rome by Christian Visigoths. Let us forget about the Dark Ages in Europe that followed the "triumph" of Christianity over there. Let us forget about the centuries for which Christians used to massacre Jews by means of the "blood libel" made against them originally by pre-Christian Greeks. Let us forget about the fact that the Crusaders massacred not only Muslims but Arab Christians as well as Jews in Jerusalem. Let us forget about the hideous massacres commited all across Eurasia by Mongol invaders under Genghis Khan.

And also, let us forget about how the ancient Israelites treated those who dared to worship idols, from Moses onwards...
