How many of them realize that it is their duty as Muslims to defend the USA, its people and its Constitution and Bill of Rights against those who wish to turn the USA into something that it is not?

All Muslims are suspect. Read

Sura [9:14] You shall fight them, for GOD will punish them at your hands, humiliate them, grant you victory over them, and cool the chests of the believers.

How many Muslims in the USA have the courage to hold the leaders of so-called "Muslim" organizations accountable for their words and actions?

Not a one. Muslims all read from the same book. The book is unforgiving for those that do not follow its dire teachings to the letter. Read

Sura [9:23] O you who believe, do not ally yourselves even with your parents and your siblings, if they prefer disbelieving over believing. Those among you who ally themselves with them are transgressing.

Islam will not be sated until it dominates the world. Read

[9:33] He is the One who sent His messenger with the guidance and the religion of truth, and will make it dominate all religions, in spite of the idol worshipers.

I will be dominated by no religion or mullah. Therein lies the rub.
