why not ban?

I am not sure why Dr Pipes does not agree about putting a ban. At least Koran qualifies for a ban. Its racist, sexist, promotes slavery, calls for outright destruction of people who dont follow Semitic faith. its high time people do not give this 'ideology' (whether in its radical or moderate form) the respect just because it is a 'religion'.

and its kinda weird talking about end of golden age of American Jewry. As an individual with no connection to Judaism, to me this gives a sense of inaction. May be Jews should also act or retaliate the way Muslims do. It is really sad that Jewish community suffers losses in US/Europe because of Islam. or start proselytization and conversions and 'spreading' your religion. Spread of Judaism instead of Islam may do the world a favor.
