Dear Pagan,

I thought I could engage you in a human rational manner. But, just listen to your yourself ! You have the choice. You can pick sentences here and there for the Qur'an to justify your hate. Ask yourself the following question: Are 1.6 billion Muslims killing non-Muslims ? The facts are that Muslims are persecuted in many places. How many Muslims have been killed just in Iraq ? Who occupies Palestine, and so on and so on. Bush does not even bother counting the dead. His response to a question from a journalist about the dead in Iraq was something like ' I would say about 30,000'. Have they done anything wrong ?

Pagan, there is no justification for hatred and demonization of Islam. But, let us face it. This is Daniel Pipes' forum ! I am probably an intruder challenging your prejudices. It is incredible that the overwhelming majority of Muslim thinkers assert that Islam is a religion of peace and justice, but you seem to know better than themselves what they are or they want to be. Amazing !
