Wilders will not be prime minister

From yesterday's elections Wilders' PVV doubled their seats and as the article quote is "ready to govern". However he will not be prime minister for, no matter what the government will be, his party is but the third largest. His party gathered on election day in Scheveningen/The Hague on the pier into the sea. I consider this choice of location a result of security considerations.
