Lenny M, Wilders actually intends to do just that. In court yesterday he spoke 5min saying that the trial is also about the truth which he needs to prove for without it he would be defenseless. The strategy here is, to have the court for example ackknowledge that say, the quran can be compared to "mein kampf" for explicit parallels.
