If you have read my previous post about DIVINE LAW, then you should know that opponents of Allah and Rasool are to be perished by Allah. Like Noah's opponents were perished by DELUGE and Muhammad's opponents were perished by hands of believers.

Among those who opposed Allah and His Rasool Muhammad were Hijazi Polytheists, Hijazi Jews, Hijazi Christians.

Polytheists' crime was far more intensive than their contemporaries Jews and Christians. Because earlier associate partners with God and later worship one God. That is the reason, earlier were ordered to be killed (but massacre did not take place because majority of them accepted Islam with or without fear of death) but later were exiled from Hijaz.

DIVINE LAW is applicable only on those who are preached by Rasool but they oppose him and reject him.
