Killing of infidels is unfortunately not manslaughter according to the Koran , it is a ticket to paradise. 100 flogs ? they stone people to death in Saudi and Iran if caught in adultery. No body flogged or stoned Mohammed even though he married his daughter in law (Zainab..special and convenient revelation by allah)or took wives and sisters of people whom he had killed the same day (Rahyana.. any thing you have by the right hand) , which is worse than rape.
