To Shakeel: Peculiar ethical values of Muslims

"Muhammad (sws) with the order of Allah eliminated this wrong practice forever. From now on, adopted son will never become a real son and in order to remove this practice from the root, it was necessary that Muhammad (sws) marry his adopted son's divorcee."

Shakeel you find this practice of the Arabs of treating their adopted sons as real ones so despicable that Allah had to intervene and make Zaid divorce his wife and have the Prophet marry Zaynab. How come Allah found the Arab practice of buying, selling, keeping slaves less despicable than this? As a reasonable man don't you think Allah's ethical sense needs to be improved?
