Repress the repressorsReader comment on item: The Rot in Our [Canadian] Universities Submitted by Dan Bloomberg (United States), Feb 1, 2003 at 22:46 Perhaps the University Faculty Association of York Universitycan be charged with a serious crime under Canadian law. They accused Dr. Pipes of being "committed to a racist agenda and a methodology of intimidation and harassment." This was certainly done to promote hatred of Dr. Pipes. Dr. Pipes is admittedly a member of a group; namely, pro-Israel academics. And the incredible Canadian Hate Speech laws prohibit "promoting hatred of a specific group." Clearly, it is the academics on the York faculty, and not Dr. Pipes, who are committed to a methodology of intimidation and harassment.
