In regard to your observation of some of us, namely us Jews and Christians, being treated as second class citizens, you are seeing what the future could be if we let Islamic radicalism become mainstream.

A required reading list, inclusive of Dr. Pipes' fine books, includes all of the works of Bat Ye'or and her excellent research of Dhimmis and Dhimmitude.
