I am so sorry for your mother-in-law. Too true that filipinos are terribly mistreated and held captive in the KSA. The Philippine government did make a law restricting any more women from being hired by Saudis for domestic service, and closed the agencies, but the KSA put severe sanctions on the Philippine government, leading the Philippines to give in. You need to elect a leader who will not care about the Saudi influence. I, myself, have gone onto Philippino domestic hiring websites to warn who I can not to work in the KSA. I try to help who I can, but most who apply aren't applying online, so there is little I can do other than try to dissuade the online applicants. YOU however, can stand outside (around the corner from) the domestic help agencies, (who receive HUGE HUGE payoffs from Saudis) and hand out fliers to the applicants before and after they go in. Change locations frequently, and I'd suggest multiple disguises (even female disguises) or your life will be short lived. Develop an organization that will outright fight this. Now...write a letter to Human Rights Watch about your mother in law, and also set up a petition on change.org, but get help with that.
